Permaculture / organic farmer
Over the past three decades, Ian Weir has studied and practiced permaculture principles on the 15-acre property, which he shares with his partner Vannessa. Ian is also the founder of Essential Amathole, a range of premium-quality essential oils made from herbs grown and extracted right on his property.
